Our kids really enjoyed this indoor playground. 60 to 90 minutes is probably long enough for them to do everything multiple times. It's a good value too. It's intended for children under 13. There's minimal if any staff walking around the playground so expect to police your children and check on them once in a while if you weren't already going to do that.

First time here with my daughter. Approaching 8yrs old, I wasn't sure if she had outgrown a place like this. She surely did not! The entire place is clean and the staff was very professional and accommodating. All of the children in there were having fun, laughing, running, climbing, and jumping. The "interactive touchscreen" 🤣 is great. Today was just checking the place out, but my daughter did let me know we will be returning soon.

Arrived at 10am for a birthday party. There was trash in multiple spots. I talked to the receptionist, maybe she wasn’t aware (?) - she responded: “I know, people last night didn’t clean up” - I told her that it needed to be clean because of all the little kids. She said I understand and proceeded to check her Facebook. This picture was taken 30 minutes after I let them know about the trash. At 10:35 (35 minutes after the party started) she started vacuuming around the kids for about 2 minutes.The trash was only partially cleaned up at 10:40. (See second picture) Floor was still dirty. I don’t expect a place to be perfectly clean. But when you book a little kids party, the very least you can do is pick up the trash. Also the attitude of saying I know and not doing anything about it it’s unacceptable

This place is amazing with young kids. Lots of activities to do from slides to climbing through wire nets and ball pits. Great for birthday parties. My only issue is with ventilation, last time we went it was very humid inside due to all the sweat and warmth of so many people and kids running around inside and you could smell the sweat. The owners should either limit the number of people or do something about the ventilation.

Quality of staff has lowered significantly; we went today at a quiet time and the girl behind the desk had to take her headphones off just to check us in where we weren’t asked for our information or to sign a waiver. The second employee was just reading a book. I wouldn’t see this as an issue, but when we told them that a child had tracked blood throughout the playground, it took a good bit of time for them to actually get up with a disinfectant wipe and wipe the immediately obvious spots without doing a complete walkthrough of the entire facility. This poor cleaning standard is reflected throughout the facility as there is an easily visible thick layer of dust on just about every surface that can’t be reached without a step stool. The storage of extra materials under the equipment is understandable and a strong effort is made to keep children from these areas, but the amount of dust and random socks/trash under there could definitely be fixed. Along with the lack of investment in time to clean, there doesn’t seem to be much investment into up keeping the equipment. I’m sure it’s expensive to repair and maintain, but some things really should be prioritized. I saw safety nets that are torn and tied together with string, many of the seams are tearing on everything, the tubes for the slides are deflated, and the one attraction that allows you to spin the inner ring has been duct taped so many times that where the tape has worn there is exposed metal. We used to have a great time here, I’m not quite sure what happened!
